Carrots, chopped nuts and banana go well together in this easy cake recipe

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cups vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 ½ tsp baking soda
3 cup sifted flour
1 cup roughly chopped nuts
2 cups castor sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups grated carrots
2 cups mashed bananas

Method:

Mix all ingredients together, blend well

Pour into two well greased loaf pans.

Bake in preheated (180°C/ 350°F) moderate oven until centre springs back.

This cake freezes well.
